Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds may be granted and the conditions under which they apply.

Overview

Agenc Digital provides professional digital services that are custom-built and tailored to each client’s requirements. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • The project has not yet commenced and no work has been delivered
  • A duplicate or erroneous payment was made
  • Services cannot be delivered due to circumstances solely attributable to Agenc Digital

Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed or partially completed services
  • Consulting, strategy sessions, or discovery work once delivered
  • Digital assets, documentation, or strategy materials already provided
  • Delays or dissatisfaction resulting from client-side feedback, approvals, or content delivery

Project Deposits

Any upfront payments or deposits are non-refundable once project work has begun. Deposits secure project scheduling, resource allocation, and preliminary work.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request via email including:

  • Project name or invoice reference
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Relevant supporting details

Requests should be sent to [email protected].

Review & Decision

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Agenc Digital reserves the right to approve or deny requests at its sole discretion, in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Agenc Digital directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and recovery actions.

Changes to This Policy

Agenc Digital may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
